QUESTION: I am interested in joining your Wholesale website program. Would you please send all necessary instructions so that I may join; thanks
ANSWER: TSINGTAOHAIR offers good prices and service for our wholesale customers. To enjoy our wholesale program, you need to verify you have wig store, wig online shop or you do wig business or you buy wigs for wholesale. Then our company will offer you the wholesale service once you order from our company.
If you are an individual customer who buys wigs for yourself, friends or family, you can also join our wholesale program; you only need to order products with value $399 to have our wholesale services.
QUESTION: However, I would like to have some clarification on your $399.00 product orders, to get started with, do items have to be purchased, in that amount, or items up to that amount, have to be purchase to get started with your wholesale services?
ANSWER: The amount can be accumulated. Once you reach $399 or order 3 wigs, you will become our wholesale customer and enjoy wholesale price.
QUESTION: Also, you stated that you can provide OEM service to your wholesale customers and that you produce products with their company’s mark or logo. Hence, do you place logo labeling into the wigs and is this an extra charge for the service ?
ANSWER: For OEM service, we offer it freely but it needs the customers reaching a bulk quantity at least 200 wigs every month consistently to start it. If can’t reach this quantity, there is an extra charge for it as there is minimum order quantity to produce mark, label or package. We can place your own logo labeling into the wigs. Whether it is free or need extra charge depend on how many wigs you can order.
QUESTION: I'm interest in dropship service, I been a hairstylist for over 10 year. This program sound like it perfect for me. Is it free? Please can you tell how to go about this.
ANSWER: Thank you for the interests in our drop ship service. Our company offers drop service freely to help our professional customers grow business. You need to tell us your business name and the drop ship address. If you pay via paypal, you need to tell us the drop ship address in the memo of paypal. Our company will ship your orders directly to your customers with your business name as sender and your customers won’t know our factory.

Lace wigs represent the latest technology for non-surgical hair replacement in the world today. A lace front wig when designed and constructed properly will be the closest thing to your own real hair, or can replace the hair you never had. It is the most natural, most beautiful, hair replacement system imaginable today. It is made out of real human hair and hand tied into a very sheer lace base one single hair at a time. It should look so natural that it can be virtually undetectable to anyone, even at a distance of only a few inches away. You can wear it for weeks at a time without removing it. You can comb your hair straight back, part it in the middle or even go swimming with it. There are no limitations to your look or lifestyle. You can shower, sleep, perm, wash or do anything you would normally do. You can finally have the hair you always dreamed about!
The lace wig is very unique. I's built on a very sheer lace cap, and the key feature is that at the hairline, and when parted, a lace wig looks incredibly natural, as if the hair is growing right out of the scalp. This is not your traditional wig. It's much better and unbelievable natural !
What are full lace wigs and lace front wigs ?
The term 'full lace' denotes that the base cap is made lace throughout or around the entire base making it possible to wear your unit in a ponytail and creating a realistic and natural looking hairline around the entire unit. , while 'lace front' wigs have lace in front and different materials at the back of the cap. You still get the completely natural look with the front lace but you can't wear a high ponytail at back. One is also able to purchase a 'lace frontal' hair piece that can be used with weaving wefts. With this arrangement, the wefts are glued or sewn into one's hair and the lace frontal applied only at the hairline.
Lace Front Wigs vs. Full Lace Wigs. What is the difference?
Lace Front wigs have lace only in the front, creating a realistic and natural looking hairline. Full Lace wigs contain lace throughout or around the entire base making it possible to wear your unit in a ponytail and creating a realistic and natural looking hairline around the entire unit. A full lace wig is capable of being parted anywhere on the scalp. And you still get the completely natural look but with the front lace. But you can't wear a high ponytail for the lace front wig.
What are the differences between Swiss lace and French lace ?
Swiss lace is thinner lace material than the French lace and it is more invisible than French lace. You cannot see it when attaching it to your skin. It is most invisible, very light and natural. It is also durable in strength.
French lace is extremely durable. But it is not as invisible as the Swiss lace.
How long will my lace wig last?
The life span of your unit is based on your maintenance. A lace wig unit can last for many months or even years depending on your usage and upkeep. With proper care, your lace wig can last a long time. French Lace is the most durable and lasts longer than the Swiss Lace.
Do you keep any units in stock?
Yes. We offer custom and stock units.
Can you Duplicate a Celebrity Picture or Photo of me?
We can duplicate any picture that you send to us! - You can do this by simply by placing an order and within the "order form" there is an option where you will be able to insert your own picture! You can specify whether you want the similar colour of the photo, similar texture, or even style!
Remy hair is a superior human hair grade that is collected from a hair donor. The cuticle layer of the hair remains in tack, therefore the hair is silky soft with a subtle wave pattern. The hair is then hand-tied to a wig in the same direction as it is on a human head. The look of the wig is very natural, easy to manage and does not tangle.
What color lace is best suited to my skin tone?
The color of lace depends on a lot of factors. First and foremost, the best applications are usually camouflaged by makeup at the hairline and where the hair is parted. This is truly how you get a natural appearance because even though lace blends with the skin, certain lighting conditions can show the lace.
Most women prefer to get a lace close to their skin tone, this is the best option if you don't want to experiment with using makeup (concealer) to camouflage the lace, then it's best to select a shade that blends with your skin tone. If you plan to use makeup, then you should select a shade close to, or lighter than, your own.

Bleached knots is currently to best method of making the hair appear as if it is growing from your scalp. If you do not have bleached knots you will see a dark dot on the skin, however, bleached knots does not mean the knot is totally bleached out. Usually the knots are just a shade lighter than the rest of the hair. If the knots are single knots at the hairline you do not need to bleach the knots, dabbing foundation based powder on the knots with a brush; bleached or not helps hide them as well.
We recommend using knot sealer to seal your knots on the underside of your wig. Just flip your wig inside out and be sure to protect the remaining hair with a plastic bag. Spray a light spray of knot sealer on the knots of lace wig cap.
How can I prevent my lace wig from shedding/loosing hair?
We recommend using knot sealer to seal your knots on the underside of your wig. Just flip your wig inside out and be sure to protect the remaining hair with a plastic bag. Spray a light spray of knot sealer on the knots of lace wig cap.
How much lace do I cut off before I apply my wig?
All new lace wigs have a strip of bare lace at the front or around the perimeter that needs to be trimmed away. Use sharp hair scissors to trim the lace away, HOWEVER, make sure to leave a 1/8" – 1/4" (see below for a guide) strip of bare lace ahead of the actual hairline. Having the bare lace in front means that if the lace begins to fray a little, you will not lose hair at the hairline. When it is attached, that small strip of lace disappears against your skin. The following diagram is approximatly 1 inch, not exact, but this will give you an idea of how much lace to leave around the perimeter:
0
|
|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|
a b c d e f g h
a = 1/8; b = 2/8 = 1/4
However, some people cut off all the lace to the hairline.
First, place unit on waterproof wig stand. Apply pre-shampoo on dry hair, work in gently, rinse with warm water, then apply mild shampoo. When applying shampoo keep wig stand in upright position, while gently working shampoo in. Do not bunch hair up while lathering and avoid circular motions, which can cause tangling of the hair. Comb hair gently with fingertips. Rinse hair thoroughly and follow with a deep or daily conditioner, applying the same way. Let stand, for 2-3 minutes to moisturize and condition. You can gently comb hair with a wide tooth comb to remove any tangles. Rinse conditioner out completely , pat hair dry and apply maintenance spray for an all day protection. After washing, try to remove as much water as possible by squeezing the hair with your fingers. Allow wig to completely air dry on a dry towel or wire stand. Once wig is dry, style as usual. Note: for synthetic wigs, DO NOT apply heat or place near a heated source, including in the sun!!
Can I wear my lace wig in a ponytail?
Yes, simply request Fine French lace, Swiss lace or thin skin all around the perimeter of the unit
What is the best cap design for me?
Each person has their own specific design needs based on their life-style and how undetectable they want their unit to be. The finer the lace, the less detectable however the less durable, especially with daily adhesives. Thin Skin is less detectable to the eye but a bit more detectable to touch than lace.
Please do your research and keep in mind that you get what you pay for. And we in no way try to mislead our clients by thinking they are getting something “real” for half the price
How to Apply A Lace Frontal
Step: 1
Proper Scalp Preparation Instructions Cleaning and preparing your scalp before you attach your hair frontal is essential to a secure bond. Follow the instructions below carefully to ensure your hair frontal is properly attached. Begin by wiping all visible traces of sweat or oil from the scalp with a wet towel or cloth. For best results hop into the shower and wash your entire head, hair and scalp thoroughly at least two times.
While showering, thoroughly scrub your scalp and hair After showering, be sure to fully dry your head and scalp with a towel and/or blow dryer, removing all excess moisture. This would also be a good time to remove or shave any hair or stubble from the bonding area. We recommend using an electric screen razor for the closest shave.
Step: 2
Find Your Hairline Shake the hair out and comb any lose hair back that is around the front hairline. Place the hairpiece on the head and position along the hairline for a natural look. Important. After you found your desired hairline, you will now cut the lace. Gradually trim the excess lace one layer at a time until you are satisfied with the hairline you want. Be careful not to cut any of the hair.
Step: 3
Apply Lace Frontal
Prep your hair, by creating a flat surface for the frontal to sit on.
Fit the frontal on your head, and evaluate how and where you would like the hairline. The goal is to find where the hairline will look most natural.
After you have created your hairline, apply tapes or adhesive to around the edges of the hairline so the frontal can stay on your head.
The finished hairline should look totally natural, as if the hair were actually growing from your scalp.
If you want to use the frontal for a front hairpiece for weaves or covering bald areas, use the same steps for applying, just use the tape or adhesive around the entire edges.
These frontal can be sown to your own hair. Tip! These frontal can be cut to size and position on any area where hair is needed.
Separate any hair that has been comb in with the frontal
Apply the lace adhesive remover around perimeter of frontal.
Gradually remove the lace frontal.
Be sure After you have removed the lace, there may be some residue left on the unit, you should shampoo the unit, and with a towel, delicately scrub the residue away.
You should let the frontal dry naturally
Absolutely! Depending on climate and lifestyle, your wig should be washed every 8-10 wears or at least once every week, if worn daily. Before washing, you must detangle wig using a detangler (or diluted conditioner) and wire brush. Start detangling from ends to root to prevent breakage. Immerse wig in cool to warm (not hot) water using a gentle shampoo (do not rub!). Allow wig to soak for a few minutes and remove. Squeeze out excess water or towel dry without rubbing or twisting. Apply conditioner and rinse, if desired.
Wig Care (Human Hair)
Our wigs made from human hair are of the highest quality and, when properly cared for, will give you plenty of enjoyable wear. Just follow the instructions below to get the maximum life-span and performance from your wig.
Washing
Human hair wigs should be washed in cool to luke-warm water with a mild shampoo and conditioner. (Using conditioner is highly recommended to reduce tangling.) Do not scrub the wig, just swish it from side to side and dunk it up and down. Wigs should be hung to dry. (Human hair wigs may also be set when wet. See Styling below.)
Once dry, spray sheen or detangling spray onto the wig and comb or brush depending on the type of wig you have (See Combing and Brushing below).
Setting
Human hair wigs can be set quite easily by following these instructions:
Styling
Hot tools may be used on human hair wigs. Hot blow driers, curling irons, flat irons and similar tools may be used in the same way as they would on your regular hair. Most wig caps are designed to be unaffected by heat. Additional care must be taken when styling a wig with a skin-like cap as the plastic in the cap material can melt under heat.
If wig hair gets frizzy, try any sheen spray or wig spray to calm the frizziness and then comb. If not, wash then set with setting lotion to get the frizziness out. When wigs are tangled, use any detangling or sheen spray then comb the hair.

Hair Products
Any hair products can be used on wigs, such as hair spray, mousse, gel, etc. since the wigs are washable and reusable.
Wig Storage
While wigs are not in use, they may be stored in a hair net and plastic bag or on a wig stand, such as styrofoam head.
When traveling, a styled wig may be carried in a wig box to prevent flattening.
1. After washing, comb the hair (as instructed below) then set in rollers with rolling papers and setting lotion
2. Put the wig under a sitting hair drier on low heat for 40 to 50 minutes. If you do not have access to a sitting drier, the wig may be left on a wig stand or styrofoam head overnight or until completely dried.
Once dry, take out the rollers and style the wig as desired.
There are several different options you can choose when ordering a custom lace wig.
· Freestyle (part anywhere)
· Center Part
· Left side Part
· Righ side Part
If you choose the "Freestyle (part anywhere) option you will be able to part your lace wig anywhere.
If you choose you we can also create the wig to have a natural part in the center, left or right side.
We do not make a "bald part" like some wig makers, where there is a severe parting and no hair to form the part in a straight line. This looks very unnatural.
Rather what we do is hand knot each individual strand of hair in particular direction that creates a "natural" part. You will still be able to part your hair in other directions, however after shaking the lace wig, you will notice that it will naturally fall according to the part direction you have chosen.
What is widow's peak or natural hairline?
A "natural" hairline is commonly referred to as a "straight" hairline. Where the hair grows out of your scalp in a straight area above your forhead.
A widow's peak, "M shaped hairline" or "Pointed Hairline" is where the your front hairline makes the shape of an "M" or comes down in a point above your forehead.
What kind of hair do you use for toupees?
In our continued search for the highest quality human hair and hand selects each bundle of human hair. Although we do not recommend artificial hair, in some rare instances it is requested. And we only use the finest synthetic hair, manufactured by Kanaka Fugi, Japan.
What Kind of Knots should I order?
Knotting for hair systems is extremely technical and is in itself a vocational discipline. It is wise for you to allow our experts to make these choices. The specific ventilation and knotting technique can vary greatly depending on the style requirements.
What are bleached knots and why are they used?
For each single hair that is tied to the lace material, the pigment is removed from the knot to make them less visible.
Can I have bleached knots if my hair and skin are dark colored?
Yes, bleaching the knot will cause it to lose most of its color and become nearly translucent. However, you can only have bleached knots when you are wearing a full lace or lace front hair system..
Can you match my hair if I'm African-American?
Yes, we have a wide variety of textures for African-American hair.
Can you match African American hair that’s been “straightened”?
Yes, “straightened “African American hair is one of our textures.
Can you match my very fine hair?
Yes, we always try to choose the closest texture and disposition to your own growing hair.
Remy Hair is human hair, but it is handled and processed much differently. First, Remy uses only the finest quality and most beautiful human hair in the world. Secondly, Remy hair is cut from the head and specially tagged "root end first" and throughout the entire manufacturing process, the hair is carefully kept in order. This process eliminates common problems normally associated with all other human hair systems such as tangling, matting, dullness, feel, and especially strength.
With the traditional manufacturing process the cuticle layer (outer layer) of the hair is the cause of the above problems. When the hair is examined under a microscope the cuticle layer looks like the bark of a palm tree and when the hair gets wet the shaft swells and the cuticle opens creating "horny barks."
Through the normal manufacturing process the hair is blended, hackled, and ventilated. This process leaves the hair cuticle going in opposite directions and unless the it's removed through an acid bath it will tangle and matte when wet.
The acid bath which cannot totally remove the cuticle degrades the hair shaft and leaves it weaker and brittle, which eventually causes breakage and hair loss. Without the cuticle layer the hair will reflect light slightly different than growing hair with the cuticle layer in tact. Also, hair without the cuticle layer intact will oxidize (change color) aster than hair with the cuticle.
With your own natural, growing hair all the cuticles are facing up, in the same direction, which prevents the tangling and matting problems when the hair is wet.
The cuticle layer of the hair will be left in tact and all cuticles will be lying in the same direction when the hair system is complete.
Can you put highlights in my hair system?
Absolutely, we recommend color graduation in every hair system for a more natural look. If you really examine most people’s natural growing head of hair you’ll notice that only rarely does a person have the exact same color throughout their head. Most times there is some level of natural color graduation.
It depends. Some women prefer no cap, it depends on how you like the look of your hair underneath the cap. While a cap is used to protect your hair, it's also used to simulate the color of bare skin. So you would have to experiment and see, it's a personal choice. Many women who wear wigs partially made of monofilament, silk or thin skin, do not wear a wig cap underneath.
HOW TO APPLY A LACE WIG
STEPS
1. TRIM THE LACE
When you first receive your wig, you will notice there is excess lace around the perimeter. This will need to be trimmed off. Put on the wig and position the wig hairline in front of your own actual hairline. Once you are satisfied with the matching of the wig and your hairline, trim the lace back to the hairline and match it with your own hairline to ensure a natural appearance. Be extremely careful, as you will need to trim the lace close to the hairline without cutting any of the wig hair.
Using hair clips, clip all of the hair up on your wig to make sure it will not get stuck to the adhesive you will apply to your skin. If you are in-experienced at trimming, just cut the lace back a little bit at a time until you are comfortable.
Cutting the perimeter hair will damage the invisible hairline. You may leave 0.25’’ or LESS of an inch right in front of your baby hair to ensure that you do NOT damage away the invisible hairline by cutting it. Please make very smooth cuts, avoid rugged trims.
2. WEARING A WIG CAP
It's not necessary, however many people prefer to wear a 100% CottonWig cap to keep their hair flattened underneath. We offer two free 100% Cotton Wig caps with every lace wig unit.
3. PREPARE YOUR SCALP
First Clean your face and ensure that you get all areas around the perimeter of your hairline. Using 99.9% Medical Grade Alcohol, rub it onto your skin all the way around your hairline where the adhesive will be applied. This will clear your skin of any oils for better adhesion and also protect your skin from irritation.
ATTACHING YOUR LACE WIG UNIT
You can attach your lace wig using a liquid adhesive, a tape adhesive or both. You can achieve a secure hold using whichever method...which option to choose is simply a matter of personal preference. J You will be attaching the lace wig unit to your skin right below your hairline and regardless if you use liquid adhesive or tape you need to make sure that this area is clean, free of oils and hairless or you will not achieve a good hold.
The excess lace should now be cut back to the hairline. Be careful not to cut any of the hair. Using hair clips, clip all of the hair up on your wig to make sure it will not get stuck to the adhesive you will apply to your skin. Place the wig on your head.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION
Liquid Adhesive Directions
Use the liquid adhesive very sparingly as a little goes a long way. Depending on which adhesive you choose to use, it may come with an application brush. If your adhesive does not come with a brush then use a small, thin item such as an eye shadow brush or Qu-tip to apply the adhesive.
Apply a thin coat of adhesive around the perimeter of your head right below your hairline. Use a cool blow dryer for about 30-45 seconds to dry the glue until it's tacky/sticky. Once the adhesive is tacky, this can take up to 15 minutes depending on which product you use, it is time to apply the wig. (It is very important to
make sure that the adhesive is very tacky/sticky before you apply your lace wig because if it is not, the wig may start to lift in a couple of days). Starting with the front hairline, press the lace wig unit and glued area together and apply constant pressure until the unit stays by itself. This may take 1 minute or longer, but be patient. Repeat the steps for your nape and sides. Before you style the wig please wait 15 minutes to allow the glue to adhere and completely dry.
Wig Tape Adhesive Directions
The wig tape is available in strips or as a roll. The tape is sticky on both sides. You will basically peel one side of the tape to expose the adhesive and apply a layer to your skin around the perimeter of your head below the hairline. You will then put the lace wig on your head and position it so that the perimeter edge of the wig lines up with edge of the tape. If you have not done so already you will want to pin the wig hair up so that loose hair does not get in the way during the attachment process. Once the wig hair is pinned up and out of the way, peel the tape backing off to reveal the adhesive. Beginning with the front hairline, proceed to attach the wig by pressing and holding it to the adhesive for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Repeat the steps for your nape and sides.
Adhesive and Wig Tape Combo Instructions (LONGER HOLD)
You will basically peel one side of the tape to expose the adhesive and apply a layer to your skin around the perimeter of your head below the hairline. Please make sure that your scalp is free of oils and is cleaned with 99.9% alcohol.
`THEN` Apply the adhesive onto the tape all around the perimeter, and let it sit for a few seconds. For most soft-bond glue, you will need to wait 30-45 seconds for the glue on the tape to become tacky. Then, carefully apply the wig section by section. You may use the baby hair to cover sections of the hairline for a more natural invisible look.
CLEANUP & STYLE YOUR HAIR
At this point you may need to clean up some excess adhesive on your skin. Using gentle citrus solvent, or 99.9% Medical Grade alcohol and a Q-tip or cotton swab, apply the solvent to the cotton then gently rub the area you want to cleanup.
Be careful not to get too close to your hairline, if you do, you may need to reapply the adhesive to that area, or start over. You are now ready to style your hair!
REMOVING YOUR LACE WIG UNIT
Supplies Needed:
- Adhesive Remover
- 99% Alcohol
The Adhesive remover and 99% Alcohol will assist in removing your unit. Spray the adhesive remover generously and allow the glue remover to work. Do not pull or tug the lace, it will damage your lace and your hair. Alternate between using the adhesive remover and the 99% Alcohol to remove your lace. Do not pull the lace or attempt to force it off, or you may damage your skin and the lace. You should be able to roll the excess glue off of your skin and wig once the remover has set.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
§ First brush your Lace wig unit then fill your clean sink or basin withLuke warm water (make sure there is absolutely no bleach or other harsh cleaning chemical residue in the sink/bowl)
§ Add a cupful or less of WIG SHAMPOO and dilute it in the water. NEVER use regular shampoo or conditioners on your wigs, these are too harsh on any lace wig and they cause the lace wig unit to frizz and tangle quickly!
§ Gentlyswish the wig or piece in the water for about 30 seconds to a minute until the wig is saturated. Gently rub the front of the wig cap, where it meets the forehead until clean. And remember GENTLY GENTLY GENTLY!
§ Leave the wig to soak in the wig sink for about 5 minutes.
§ Empty the wig basin of water and rinse the wig or piece.
§ Fill your clean sink or basin again with lukewarm water and add a cupful or less of WIG CONDITIONER. Again, please do NOT use regular hair conditioners or they will damage your unit. Gently swish the wig or piece in the water for about 30 seconds to a minute running your fingers gently through your wig. Do this until your lace wig starts to feel soft and glossy.
§ Gently squeeze excess water out of the wig. Do not rub or twist your wig. Then empty the basin and rinse the conditioner off your wig using cool water. It is very important to use cool water on curly wigs, as warm water will over-relax the curls of wigs. Use a towel to dry your unit of any excess water.
§ Spread the wig out on a plastic wig stand and leave in a ventilated area to dry. You should spray on a little leave-on wig conditioner, when you start the drying process. It is not recommended to blow dry your wig. Do not brush or style your wig while it is wet.
VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
When the wig is entirely dry, turn your wig inside out and spray the Knot Sealer ONLY onto the lace. This is a MUST-DO for all lace wigs as it will maximize the life of your unit by preventing it from shedding. Careful not to spray the knot sealer onto the wig hair. Wait for 5 minutes for the knot sealer to dry then re-style the wig gently. We recommend a wig pick or wide tooth comb. Bristle brushes, and roll brushes are not recommended. You may use WIG RESTORER often to keep your hair moisturized and silky. It’s especially important to moisturize your lace wig every time you curl or flat iron it.
THINGS YOU MUST NEVER DO TO YOUR LACE WIG
· SCRATCH onto your lace. I know sometimes one can get a very itchy scalp and be tempted to scratch directly onto the wig. This causes serious shedding because when you scratch onto the lace, you loosen the knots of the wig.
· Blow dry you Lace Wig, ALWAYS air dry it after shampooing
· Brush or comb your Lace Wig when wet, this will cause shedding. Remember to brush your wig before shampooing.
· You must NEVER use regular hair products on your Lace Wig as these products are too harsh on the hair itself. Only use Wig products or Weave products.
